Ky-Mani was joined by Praswell (Fugees) on an incredibly successful cover from Eddy's "Electric Avenue". His star power was clearly evident when Ky-Mani performed on the Midem stage of Miami in the year 2000, where the annual international music showcase took place for the first times. Ky-Mani delivered a lively set before the full Cameo Theatre that was full to the brim. The show was live broadcast by CANA (Caribbean News Agency) with a total of more than 36 countries. Ky-Mani Marley is working to record his sixth album. It will show his growth in his own right and will highlight the duality of his personalities, Ky-mani & Maestro. This is an urban-inspired sound with roots in reggae and hip-hop. It promises to be refreshingly different from the typical electronic pop of the music genre. Instead, it will be a representation of authentic urban reggae and hip-hop fusion. The brand new track "New Heights" came out on March 3, 2011.
